What is billing address?

The address where you receive yourbills, card statements etc. are called your billing address.

 

What is shipping address?

The address where you would like usto deliver the goods is called the shipping address.

 

Can billing address and shippingaddress be different?

Yes, you can give a differentshipping address.

 

Can I pay using my Debitcard?   

Yes, we do accept all major debitcards.

 

Is the item I want still in stock?

We only have limited numbers in stockof items from our seasonal collections. So it’s possible that the product youchoose is sold out(during the in-season period). When a certain colour or sizeof an item is no longer shown on the product details page, it means that theitem with those specifications is out of stock.

 

Where can I get information aboutproducts?

You can find more information aboutthe fit and fabric composition of each of our products on the product detailspage. If you have any other questions about our products, you can of course getin touch with our Customer Service team.

 

How do I place are turn/replacementrequest?

Create a return/replacement requestby placing a mail on cs@Theethnicchic.com mentioning your orderid and reason of return. Once our team is notified they will send you a mail ofrecognition. If the reason of return seems legit to the team, the process canbe initiated.

How and when will I receive therefund?

The refund process starts when wehave physically received the product and the QC team approves that it is notdamaged or without tags or depreciated by wear and tear. Once approved therefund can be initiated and shall reflect in your respective account in 7working days.
